		<description>Just wondering if someone could tell me what is happening  I have opened up and become more flexible with my forward bends just below my sitbones I have  a weird sensation it doesnt hurt what do we call this muscle which just lies below the bottom of your bottom not your tail bone if you place your hand on the base of your bottom that is where it feels strange especially when I do Prasarita Padottannasana abcd any help with this would be greatly appreciated ....</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve always had physiological problems resulting from flat feet.  These problems manifested themselves in the form of knee pain, lower back pain, and pain in the feet themselves.  I started practicing yoga 8 months ago.  It&#039;s the best thing that has ever happened to me.  The pain is all but gone, and I feel calmer and stronger in a way that I never thought possible.  The practice has become a vital part of my life.</description>
