    i was pleasantly surprised to find my footprints, which i left on ashtanga shanghai on ashtanga news. yoga, ashtanga or not, has been an interesting and engaging journey for me. and i’m glad that through your website provides a comprehensive platform for all like-bodies, hearts and souls to share and explore.
