Paradise Yoga would be happy to host ashtanga classes again this year. If there are any teachers coming to town who would be willing to teach classes or workshops, please give us a call at (305) 517-YOGA. Our schedule can be found online at http://www.paradise-yoga.net and will be updated with the ashtanga information. We are located 1.5 miles south of the Shala in Islamorada. I am also going to Islamorada and will be there from March 15 - March 21. I am game for practicing as well. I wonder if any of the Miami teachers might be willing to come down to teach.

I’m also still going to Islamorada. I’ll be there 3/15 - 3/22. Paradise Yoga was great last year. It’s a very small space, but very nice. I’m totally up for practicing there or any othere place that comes available. Please keep me informed of practice opportunities! Namaste and see you in the Keys!

On Paradise Yoga’s website it states that they will offer ashtanga classes. They are also looking for people to teach.

well, I just received an email (after inquiring) from nargis that everything’s cancelled. I’m still planning on coming down (I need the break) and would like to practice also - I understand that Paradise Yoga came through last time. If they will let us practice there, we could help each other with the assists (I studied extensively with David Swenson and Manju and am experienced but not yet authorized). I am staying at Key Lantern Inn. If anyone wants to hook up for practice and snorkeling/exploring the Everglades from Mar 15 - 20, let me know! sandra@ashtangayogamaryland.com

That’s unfortunate…does anyone know if there’s another studio that offers ashtanga practice in the Keys? Perhaps the “stranded ashtangis” could gather and practice somewhere! Any ideas?

I just received a phone call from Camille informing me that the entire workshop is canceled and the refunds will be issued.
